Cinnamomum burmannii BlumeIndonesian cinnamon, also known as cassia, is found throughout the lush island nation but the highest quality is located in central Sumatra. It is there, at the base of Mount Korintje, that Tripper sources some of the world’s finest organic cinnamon.

Our all-natural cinnamon is ground and shipped directly from the source to ensure its warm flavor and pleasing aroma are well preserved. Ground cinnamon is a great addition to baked goods and pairs well with other warm spices such as nutmeg and cloves.
Sun-dried and pre-graded cinnamon bark is cut and sifted to create our aromatic cinnamon chips. Great for adding woody notes with a hint of spice to tea blends and spice mixes. Cut cinnamon can also be used in the distillation of alcoholic beverages. We offer various sizes, including tea bag cut.
Straight from the heart of Korintje, our flavor-packed cinnamon quills boast a subtle sweetness with a mild bite. We grade and process our completely traceable cinnamon at origin so that only the best quality reaches your door. Use as stir sticks, sell whole or grind.
Cinnamon extract is an effective and simple way to add pure cinnamon flavor to any application. We offer both water soluble and alcohol soluble extracts. All of our extracts are Non-GMO and made with alcohol from natural sugar cane.
Natural spray-dried cinnamon extract is a cost-effective way to add cinnamon's warm flavor and rich color to food and beverages. Spray-dried products possess a more subtle flavor than their ground counterparts but allow for longer shelf life because of their lower moisture content and microbial count.
