  • COST ACCOUNTANT STAFF (Placement in Adonara - Flores)
    Qualification:
    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting with GPA Min 3,00
    • Min 2 Years of Cost accounting in Manufacturing environment, from MNC is preferred
    • Must have a strong cost system background and have excellent analytical skills, spun understanding of accounting principles
    • Experience working with manufacturing and analysis of cost standard
    • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
    • Computer Literate (Ms. Office) is must and familiar with Web Solution system is preferable
    • Fluent in English both oral and written
    • Good personality and attitude, obedient, conscientious, consistent, discipline, hardworking and can work under pressure
    • The candidate will also help the General Admin team to handle all the administration matters for Company’s startup
  • PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
    Qualification:
    • Bachelor/Master degree from Food Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemical). Overseas graduate is preferable.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in R&D, QC in Food Manufacturing Company
    • Have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Food Processing techniques such as extraction, distillation and spray drying
    • Understand on operating HPLC/GC/Chromatography
    • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and good communication skills
    • Strong personality and able to work under pressure / deadlines
    • Creative, Proactive, Energetic, Honest and Ability to solve out the problem
    • Have Leadership and able to work independently and in teams
  • SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST
    Overview:
                 The Social Media & Digital Content Specialist will develop, manage, and execute premium branded content campaigns. Your role will be to help expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, followers, and leads. With contribution from the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for structuring weekly, monthly and yearly content planning sessions. The ideal candidate has social media expertise in food and beverage or health and wellness, a strong digital background, the ability to shape content with a defined tone and voice and a desire to think outside the box.
    Reports to:
                 Communications Manager
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years in social media; 2+ years copy writing
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Working knowledge of WordPress and Mailchimp is required
    • BS or BA in Marketing, English, Journalism or equivalent experience in relevant field
    • Must be able to work autonomously
    • Basic graphic design and/or photoshop knowledge
    • Understanding of the natural food and beverage/ health and wellness industry
    • Good knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization is a plus
    Job duties and responsibilities:
    • Creating and managing the execution of editorial calendar based on business needs and market status
    • Posting, monitoring and engaging on all major social media channels (IG, YT, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest)
    • Designing images to accompany campaigns using Photoshop, Canva and similar tools. If you can produce lifestyle photos this is a MEGA plus
    • Tracking performance and progress using quantifiable metrics and defined KPIs for reporting. Make strategic recommendations for optimization and execute
    • Acquiring and managing influencers and affiliate leads
    • Researching and developing original keyword-optimized content, including written articles, blog posts, product descriptions, and email content designed to engage our target audience
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts, product managers and marketing team to create original digital content for website and social channels

  • ACCOUNT MANAGER
    • The candidate will be based in Chicago or New Jersey or New York. The Candidate will work from home but travel for trade shows and client meetings is required.
    • Report to Sales & Marketing team for progress updates through weekly sales meetings and quarterly reviews.
    • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers via client visits, cold calling, and general prospecting.
    • Ensure all orders are handled efficiently from sale to fulfillment. Confirm PO receipts, communicate with RnD, engage with logistics for coordination of shipment and delivery schedule, follow up on payments with accounting.
    • Develop new leads through the web, trade shows, and customer visits.

  • PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
    • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and good communication skills
    • Bachelor Degree (S-1) from Food Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in the same field
    • A depth understanding / knowledge about extraction technique
    • Have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, Organic and Food Processing
    • Strong personality and able to work under pressure / deadlines
    • Proactive, Energetic, Honest and Ability to solve problem

  • OPERATOR PRODUKSI (RUTENG, FLORES)
