Over the last twenty years we have been working hard to transform TRIPPER into an international company providing our customers with very high quality natural and traceable ingredients. Since the beginning Quality has always been our main focus: in 2000 we were the pioneers for organic spices in Indonesia and recently were the first to receive FAIR FOR LIFE certification from IMO for our Cinnamon from Sumatra.

Our goal is to continuously improve what we do while keeping a fun approach. Our offices were designed so that everyone is happy working together in a pleasant and informal environment.

In the last few years we have experienced a significant increase in sales and it’s important for us to get new people on board to share their state of the art knowledge with us and help us monitor this growth more effectively.

We are now looking for a junior market analyst to help increase our presence in added value growth sectors such as organic beverages, health supplements, Fair Trade tea, premium ice cream and more. Through a better understanding of market trends, TRIPPER will be better positioned to offer the right products and meet our customer expectations.

Job Description:

Analyzing customer preferences to improve performance of our current products as well as proposing new areas to move into based on market trends, and setting up the related promotion strategies.


  • Capture TRIPPER’s image and align marketing tools
  • Provide market information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Gather consumer feedback and advice regarding brand image, product performance, consumer preference
  • Improve external perceptions of the company through various promotion channels
  • Recommend and coordinate events such as food exhibitions and activities that generate visibility and consumer interaction at events
  • Prepare marketing budgets and monitor them on quarterly basis
  • Become the link between sales department and the market


  • Bachelor degree in International Business and Master degree from Economics and Business faculty
  • Preferably relevant (international) working experience/internship
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external parties
  • Ability to plan, design and implement marketing strategies
  • Young, energetic, with a creative mind
